An herb from Colombia, guascas can be found in the USA in specialty food stores in dehydrated form and packaged in bags. I have had good experiences with: AmigosFood and Hato Grande.

PAPAS CRIOLLAS OR ANDEAN POTATOES

Yellow and small potatoes are very popular in Colombia. We use them in soups and stews, mashed, boiled or fried and they are delicious. In the United States you can find them frozen or canned but I prefer them frozen. You can find it at AmigosFood.
