I am a huge lentils and pork chops fan, so I decided to put them together in a lentil stew over white rice. It was simple to make and tasted delicious. I know, not very original, nevertheless, this is a great autumn dish .

Meet my new favorite quesadilla. I made this pear quesadilla for my husband last week and he absolutely loved it! I served it over a bed of arugula drizzled with balsamic vinegar. I really hope that you all try this one. It is one delicious dish:).
