Catching Up with Me {June 2013} Que Rica Vida, a General Mills owned website, had a contest amongst its contributors this month. They asked us to create a main dish for Father’s Day and I made a Chicken Stuffed with Chorizo and Cheese, topped with a Chimichurri Sauce. I thought it was absolutely delicious!
