I made this last weekend as the temperature dropped here in Colorado. I was afraid that it was going to be extremely sweet with the condensed milk and the sugar but it was just right. I was also a bit apprehensive to bake it in a roasting pan full of water because I’ve never made bread pudding that way but it came out just fine. The only thing is that it’s very chocolaty. I love chocolate but I thought it was a bit much.
