I wanted to try making it because the one I had at the Colombian restaurant was fantastic and wanted to see if I could make it myself. This recipe is great, easy to follow and easy to make! (Although I didn't use the sugar at all and just used the sweetened condensed milk.) Also, I didn't have any long grain rice so I decided to use Japanese sweet rice (mochi rice) and turned out awesome!
