Erica and Natasha thank you so much for this lovely recipe and background. Chicken Kiev was my mother’s favorite dish. When I was a little girl we used to go out for dinner on Saturday night to the Navy Club–and one of their specialties was Chicken Kiev. Happy Thanksgiiving to you both. I am eating baked sweet potato while I am writing to you. Yum too.
