My husband is from Bogota and I made this for him tonight. He tried it and immediately knew what it was. He loved it! He said it brought him back to Colombia (he hasn’t been there for 8 years)

I’ve been craving this dish for the longest. Mom used to make it when I was a kid. My wife is American, but loves latin food, so I tried your recipe, since I am ‘new to the kitchen’, and I didn’t know where to begin, this recipe was just what I needed. Made it for dinner and it was great. Thanks so much. Any chance of getting a recipe for “Lengua en Salsa” Thanks again!!!

I made this just now n my husband who is american loves ittt. i dont like to cook n i dont cook but this has to be the only thing i cook for him n he goes crazy.
