What a great post. I love all these breakfasts that you have here in one place that I can bookmark and come back to! I have both white and yellow arepa flour, Pan and Goya masarepa! All very delicious except for the changua, which just grosses me out. Fortunately it’s never been offered to me except in Villa de Leyva.
