Yes, I can’t stand it when I forgot to pick up an ingredient to make something! It drives me crazy. This mushroom cake sounds delicious, especially with all that yummy cheese thrown in. What a fun and unique recipe and yes, perfect with soup!

I’ve never had mushroom cake ….this looks divine! And so great with a bowl of soup. The ricotta must make the cake nice and moist. This is one I’m going to try! Copying it now.
