Hello Erica, I live in Belgium and have tried some of your lovely recipes on my Belgium husband and he loves everything I have made so far. Thank you!!!

Question: I want to make your Red Tomato Salsa but I do not fine tomatillos here or fresh jalapenos (only pickeled). What other alternatives do you have? for the tomatillos, etc.

I’ll definitely try this recipe, I had tried to do homemade salsa once before, but it didn’t turn out well. I know the sugar and vinegar will make this recipe perfect. Thanks for this great recipe!
