Salmon Steaks with Roasted Grape Tomatoes

Salmon with Roasted Tomatoes

I made this salmon dish over the summer, but for some reason I forgot to post it. It is really simple and easy to make, but absolutely delicious. I know this is a summer dish, but you can make any time of the year. I used an outside grill, but you can cook using an indoor grill or bake the salmon steaks, it will be delicious whichever way you choose!

Buen provecho!

Looks great! Of course here in Florida we use our grill all year. I have just the place to get some nice looking grape tomatoes too. They look a lot better than the other tomatoes.

Love this idea, Erica. We eat salmon a lot….I’ll give this a try soon. The colors are so appealing, let alone the taste. YUM!
Also, really liked the idea of bacon wrapped prunes!

Erica, this is a beautiful dish! I’m loving all those fresh and light flavors. I could really go for some of this right now. (I’ve been eating way to many cookies this week).

I love salmon with roasted tomatoes and your dish is making me drool. Have made a similar dish ages ago and like yours it’s forgotten in the “recipes to post” file.
