Salmon and Chimichurri is something I had been thinking ever since I made the chimichurri, but haven’t got around making it yet. This looks so good! definitely an inspiration.

What a wonderful idea to have chimichurri sauce on hand to give even the most simple dish a little something extra special! It’s a shame that the cilantro in my garden is all done for the season but that won’t stop me from trying Colombian chimichurri!

Chimichurri is a traditional herb sauce in my country Uruguay also. I’ve tried in everything but never on salmon excellent idea to apply next time

You won’t believe this Erica..jusy this Saturday..while coming back from the Gym..I picked up some red wine vinegar…and was thinking what to make with it…you just gave me THE IDEA!
