Me encantar\u00eda ser la due\u00f1a de un horno de barro para poder cocinar mi asado huilense y la lechona de la manera tradicional. Entonces mientras tanto, yo hago mi Asado Huilense en el horno. Adem\u00e1s, hoy en d\u00eda la mayor\u00eda de la gente usa la licuadora o procesador de alimentos para mezclar todos los ingredientes de la marinada o ali\u00f1o. Sin embargo, esto puede cambiar el sabor final del plato. Tradicionalmente, el proceso se realizaba manualmente utilizando un mortero.
