Ingredients
 

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 habanero pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
  • Juice of two limes
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 scallions finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Process until the mixture is well combined.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add more lime juice until you reach the desired consistency.
