- 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
- 2 ripe tomatoes sliced
- 1 avocado peeled, pitted and sliced
- ½ red onion sliced
- ¼ cup of fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 English cucumber sliced
- 3 tablespoons of white vinegar
- Juice of 4 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Arrange the lettuce on a large plate, next add the sliced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, cucumber and avocado slices.
Drizzle with the vinegar and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
