  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 ripe tomatoes sliced
  • 1 avocado peeled, pitted and sliced
  • ½ red onion sliced
  • ¼ cup of fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 English cucumber sliced
  • 3 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • Juice of 4 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Arrange the lettuce on a large plate, next add the sliced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, cucumber and avocado slices.
  • Drizzle with the vinegar and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
