Ingredients

ground beef

cups
water

cup
hogao
1
potato
diced
ΒΌ
teaspoon
ground cumin
Salt and pepper
3
tablespoons
fresh parsley
chopped
Instructions
Place the beef and water in the blender and blend for about 2 minutes.
Place the beef mixture in a medium pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the potatoes, hogao, cumin, salt and pepper. Cook about 25 to 30 minutes.
Add fresh parsley and serve immediately.
