Pasta with Sausages and Vegetables

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound of Italian sausages
  • ½ red onion chopped
  • ½ cup fresh basil
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 4 cloves of garlic chopped
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 4 small chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup pasta
  • 2 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 1 zucchini, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Saute the onion, garlic in olive oil add the chopped sausage for 10 minutes
  • then add the spinach, basil, peas and zucchini with tomatoes and simmer for 20-30 minutes
  • Serve over al dente pasta and enjoy
