Pasta with Sausages and Vegetables

- 1 pound of Italian sausages
- ½ red onion chopped
- ½ cup fresh basil
- 2 cups of spinach
- 4 cloves of garlic chopped
- ½ cup frozen peas
- 4 small chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup pasta
- 2 tbsp Italian herbs
- 1 zucchini, chopped
Saute the onion, garlic in olive oil add the chopped sausage for 10 minutes
then add the spinach, basil, peas and zucchini with tomatoes and simmer for 20-30 minutes
Serve over al dente pasta and enjoy
