Mix the heavy cream, sweet condensed milk, cream cheese and evaporated milk in a blender.
Place some pieces guava paste inside the popsicles molds and add some of the milk mixture on top.
If your popsicle mold has slots for sticks, you can insert them before freezing, if not, place the popsicles in the freezer for 1 hour, then put wooden popsicle sticks in the middle. Keep them in the freezer for 6 hours more or overnight.
To serve: Run popsicle molds under warm water to easily remove.
