3cupsassorted fresh fruitsuch as pineapple, papaya, watermelon, mango, apple, banana, and seedless red grapes, cut into bite size pieces.
3cupswatermelonorange or strawberry fresh juice.
Instructions
Place cut fruit in a large bowl, pour juice over fruit and stir.
Pour the fruit and juice mixture into the molds.
If using cups, you'll need to insert wooden popsicle sticks. Freeze for about 4 hours, or until firm.
Notes
The number of popsicles this recipe will yield depends on the size of your molds. About six popsicles.Just before serving, run the frozen molds under hot water to release the popsicles.
