- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can sweet condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries or more tor taste
Cut the fresh strawberries in small pieces and set aside.
In a bowl mix the heavy cream, sweet condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla. Stir well until well combined. You can use a blender or use a hand whisk.
Add some of the strawberry pieces to the popsicle mold.
Pour the cream mixture into the mold and add the popsicle stick. Place in the freezer for about 4 hours or overnight.
