Strawberries and Cream Popsicles Recipe

Ingredients
 

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can sweet condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries or more tor taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the fresh strawberries in small pieces and set aside.
  • In a bowl mix the heavy cream, sweet condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla. Stir well until well combined. You can use a blender or use a hand whisk.
  • Add some of the strawberry pieces to the popsicle mold.
  • Pour the cream mixture into the mold and add the popsicle stick. Place in the freezer for about 4 hours or overnight.
