hogao

Colombian chorizos
cooked and sliced
Fresh cilantro
Instructions
To assemble: Place the arepas on a platter and top them with the hogao.
Add the chorizo slices on top of the hogao. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add fresh cilantro on top and serve.
