Ingredients
 

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup diced white onion
  • Lime juice from 2 limes
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro or parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients together and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
