- 2 Colombian chorizos cooked and sliced
- Fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
To assemble: Place the arepas on a platter and top them with the hogao.
Add the chorizo slices on top of the hogao. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add fresh cilantro on top and serve warm.
