Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you! I was in the middle of preparing some dishes for tonight's Colombian dinner and thought it was going to be a disaster. I have all my favorite recipes bookmarked and was very nervous that dinner would be a bucket of KFC with some honey packets. Instead, we are back on schedule with pollo frito, maizitos con tocineta, natilla, bunuelos, and torte de ariquipe. My Colombian friend is bringing empanadas. Eat well!
