Thank you so much for your site! My husband is from Medellin and he had a craving for Sopa de Arroz this past weekend and we found you!! He made a delicious pot of Sopa de Arroz. Now we are going out to look for guineo for his next soup, we might have to have my daughter bring some from Miami when she comes home for Thanksgiving, we live in the Northwest Hills of CT and there is certainly no guineo to be found around here! Thank you.

Keep up the good work: Colombian cooking is on the brink of becoming an internationally-known cuisine, thanks to the work of many chefs and food enthusiasts like you.... I salute you!

      Hi Erica,

My parents are Colombian and I would love to learn how to cook Colombian and I'm really enjoying your Facebook page. Have you thought of putting all your recipes in a hard cover book or even soft covers with all the yummy photos of each recipe? I just went to the Writers Digest weekend event a couple of months ago and there was a publisher that would publish your book every time someone purchases it on Amazon and you can order a bunch so that if someone orders from your site you can send them as well. I looked into them and they were great. I can't remember the name but if you look up the vendors at Writers Digest Annual Conference 2016 you will find them there I bet. I hope you begin have physical copies. I love holding a cookbook, collecting them and work better with them in the kitchen. Please let me know if you every do! xo Ingrid
