I love to cook and your recipes make me think of new ones everyday. came up with a peach jalapeno bbq sauce that is perfect for boneless chicken or fish. I would so love to work with you on new recipes. I am very in deep love with the Colombian culture and the many recipes that are born there. I am not a pro cook but when I do cook or grill, found my heart with any form meat, smoked or grilled. I love to age than marinate red meats for days. 🙂

I came to this country at the age of 14 mos old. My parents are from Barranquilla, Colombia I grew up in NY all of my life. I visit my family in Colombia very 5yrs. I was never interested or enjoyed cooking. My mother past away and regret not learning how to cook to carry the Colombian tradition. Now I have 4 yr old granddaughter And want her to learn and carry the Colombian cooking tradition. I found you on The internet and for the past 4 months I have been cooking because of you and I wanted to say thank you so much. my husband is so happy because I am cooking and enjoying the Colombian dishes. He is New York rican. Please help me with costeno recipes and thanksgiving is coming. for the first time I will have my family over aNd I will be cooking instead of my husband . Do you have any suggestions on what I should make and I want to include both American and Colombian tradition. I am proud to be Colombiana.

The dishes here look so fantastic and authentic. Since you are an expert, I was hoping you might have some recipes with patacones?
