I decided to start blogging ten years ago to honor my mamita by sharing her recipes and to stay connected to my culture and birth country. Ten years later, My Colombian Recipes has turned into more than I could have ever imagined. Another question I have is where can you find some of the ingredients for some recipes, for instance where I love you can’t find papa criolla, what’s a good substitute? Thanks for making me feel at home!

The one question is love to know is how to convert your recipes to slow cooker or instapot, for instance, how would you make a sobrebarriga using the instapot? Thanks so much!

Please write longer descriptive stories about Colombia's people and regions: perhaps how the food and people vary from place to place.
Also, it would be interesting if you could review Colombian restaurants in the USA or vacation spots in Colombia (Boyaca, Bogota, etc.).

Do you have a lulo mousse recipe? I had one once and it failed when translated to English with the pulpa I had... I would love to see a recipe translated that worked for me.
