Hola Erica! Happy Independence Day! I am so happy I found your recipes from a pin on pinterest. I live on the Texas gulf and love Mexican recipes and now I have a whole new country of recipes to go through. Vivi en Cali 16 anos y preparo comida colombiana de vez en cuando aqui...me gusta tu blog con recetas! hago el sancocho valluno sin papas; frijoles se sirven con ensalada de zanahoria y remolacha (cocinados) ... extrano todas las frutas frescas del Valle!!
