    Catching Up with Me {March 2013}

    I am participating in a recipe challenge hosted by Gorton’s. I am competing against seven other bloggers where we each created an original recipe incorporating Gorton’s Crispy Battered Fish Fillets.

    I made Fried Green Plantains with Guacamole, Crispy Battered Fish Fillets and Mango Slaw. I need your help to WIN this competition! The recipe with the most votes wins, so your votes make all the
    difference.

    I Need Your Votes!Pin

    You can vote once per day, so please, bookmark the link below and vote for me every day until April 7th! Please do not try to vote more than once per day from the same email and/or IP address, as those votes will not count. You can view all the entries and vote for me here.

    I certainly would appreciate your votes!

    5 more random facts about me!

    1. My birthday is in November and I am a Scorpio.

    I Need Your Votes!Pin

    2. I hate plain milk. I can have it mixed with other ingredients, such as in a milkshake, fruit juices, and Colombian-Style Hot Chocolate, but if I tried to drink it plain, I would gag!

    3. I did not like being pregnant. I had morning sickness...wait, scratch that, I was nauseous all day and threw up at least five times a day. It was miserable! My pregnancy with my second child was even worse. My nausea didn't end until he was born!!! But my boys are the best thing that ever happened to me and I love them with all my heart 🙂

    4. Fall is my favorite season.

    5. I love boots, no...scratch that too, I am OBSESSED with boots!

    I hope you are enjoying these Catching Up with Me posts every month. Don’t forget to subscribe by e-mail to get all of my recipes delivered to your inbox, and it’s free! I am also on Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest.

      Good luck!! I love your blog. My husband is from Cali so I'm trying to learn how to cook some Colombian dishes for him. Your blog really helps! Most of your dishes are familiar to me because my mom in law makes them. Now I can try my hand making them as well. Thanks to you!!!
