- Asparagus, cooked and cut into pieces
- Avocados, cut into pieces
- Cucumber, diced
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro (optional)
