This green salad is simple and quick to prepare. Save the recipe for the hot summer days ahead when you don’t want to touch the stove 🙂 You’ll thank me for it later!
The recipe here is only a guideline. I am sure you don’t need a recipe. The key is to use fresh ingredients.
Asparagus, cooked and cut into pieces
Avocados, cut into pieces
Juice of 1 Lime
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon fresh cilantro (optional)
Place all the ingredients on a platter and drizzle on the dressing before serving.
