This green salad is simple and quick to prepare. Save the recipe for the hot summer days ahead when you don't want to touch the stove 🙂 You'll thank me for it later!
The recipe here is only a guideline. I am sure you don't need a recipe. The key is to use fresh ingredients.
I'm loving all the "greens" in your salad, Erica! And green even to the dressing! I've used limes in my vinaigrettes, but only because I ran out of lemons! And I love the lime taste, too. Will try to run out of lemons more often!
i do the same things...but the white vinegar seems to add that ' extra' ness to this lovely stuff 🙂
so much vibrant green, so little time! what a pretty salad, erica. 🙂
Wow Summer on a plate, delisioso!
love the addition of the sugar to the dressing, sounds perfect!!
What a fresh and colorful salad!
Thank you guys!
A treat of a salad. O dear, it is Autumn here, I will wait patiently for asparagus season.
Love the greens...and lime-lemon dressing? Will definitely go for it 🙂

Love this salad, as well as the dressing. A perfect healthy treat.
Great salad and the dressing is just perfect. I use lemon and lime instead of vinegar most of the time...the freshness of the citrus.....Delicioso!

This photo is beautiful Erica
I was surprised by the dressing; it sounds delicious, but only one tablespoon of oil?

Ohhhh, I love fresh cilantro in dressings! This looks so good!
Taste of Beirut- I used 1 tablespoon of oil, but you can add more if you prefer!
I love the photo, such vibrant color. And the viniagrette! I usually make the standard lemony dijon base with varying herbs to switch it up. Now I have a completely new version to try. Thanks again for your innovative recipes.
This dressing is like a dream come true. All the freshness of the lemon and lime, with just a tablespoon of oil. Sounds like a deal to me:D
I love the bright tangy sound of this dressing, it sounds so refreshing.
So pretty and green for spring and I love the sound of that dressing--yum!
I love looking at my dinner plate and seeing a whole bunch of different shades of green! This looks like such an appealing dish.
Thank you all so much!
