Fresh Green Salad with Lime-Lemon dressing
- Asparagus cooked and cut into pieces
- Avocados cut into pieces
- Cucumber diced
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro optional
- Place all the ingredients on a platter and drizzle on the dressing before serving.
