Here is another recipe that came as a result of my thinking "what should I do with this salmon today"? The combination of the salmon, red onions and basil mayo made this burger recipe a keeper . It was absolutely fantastic. I can't wait to have another for lunch soon.

    Buen provecho!

Really good one, Erica. And the great thing with this type of dish is you can change it's 'ethnicity' by just the addition of a few different seasonings.

Wow, I love the summery flavors of this dish, Erica!

I made your spinach cake for a post at Our Krazy Kitchen (https://www.ourkrazzykitchen.com/2010/08/fire-day-friday-torta-de-espinacas.html) and we also made your arroz con coca cola to go with the lomo al trapo I made Thursday. So glad I had your blog as a resource! Keep up the great work, Erica.

I made the frozen patties just because of time restraint but the toppings and sauce were delicious!!! Thanks!!! Huge hit at table with kids and adults.
