Plantain chips are on our menu, along with pulled pork, black beans and rice and guacamole! Love your recipes, especially the Tortellini and Tomato Skewers...oh and the shrimp and tuna cakes! Awesome, and we always love yuca fries! It all looks so good!

I made three of these recipes, one that reminded me of my childhood parties: ciruelas con tocineta!! yummy.
The other one was the tortellini skewers, but my husband bought me the non colorful ones...they still looked good. And finalyy the white bean -cilantro dip,,,, ayayayayayayyyy...i have done it two more times for different parties...me fascina!!
