    Endive with ApplesPin

Whenever I have a dinner party at my house, I always have the same dilemma…what shall I make for appetizers? I get more stressed out about the appetizers than the main course, so that is the reason I have been making a lot of different appetizers lately, which explains all of my bean dips :).

This endive recipe was really great, not to mention how easy and simple it was to make. The endive looks so pretty and they are deliciously tasty with the beautiful combination of soft herbed cream cheese and caramelized apple filling. This is a great appetizer for your next holiday party. Try it!

Appetizers can be a real problem all right- you want something different, tasty and not too filling. These little bites on endive hit the spot.

I think stuffed endives make beautiful appetizers! Unfortunately all my family and friends are such carnivores, that I'd be the only one digging into these nummy goodies ... genius idea abt combining the cream cheese and apples like that.

      your food is all lovely...
I rarely like sweet things in otherwise savory foods with the exception of apples and raisins...

      this is a must try.

I'd like to try Belgian Endives, every time I passed by them I got curious, but never had the courage to bring them home. Now I know what I'd do next time when I am in my favourite grocery.

Erica... Eso debe estar de muerte!
Siempre he cocinado las endivias con salsa de nata y roquefort, pero así como las has preparado y con la manzana caramelizada. Ayyy... Ya me estoy chupando los dedos.
      Un beso.

Appetizers are almost the most important aspect of the meal. This is what sets the mood of meal and prepares your guests for the meal. We are always stressed about appetizers too.

A couple more weeks and I will be combing your site for a good entree. Our cooking club is 12/5!
