I decided to start blogging ten years ago to honor my mamita by sharing her recipes and to stay connected to my culture and birth country. Ten years later, My Colombian Recipes has turned into more than I could have ever imagined. CONGRATULATIONS ON THE BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT! I absolutely LOVE this website as everything I've made so far has been super easy and authentic! I even managed to impress my mother who is a super hard critic of my cooking. I never thought i would be able to make empanadas and thanks to the recipe on this website I now consider my self pretty good 🙂
I would like to see a tab thats just for people who are on a healthy diet. I've been currently trying to lose some weight and i love my Colombian food but I'd like to know what recipes are healthier than others 🙂
