Panna Cotta is a classic Italian dessert that is very easy to make and absolutely delicious. Creamy with a coconut flavor and topped with fresh raspberry sauce this coconut panna cotta is the perfect desert.

    Coconut Panna cotta 1Pin

I woke up craving a coconut dessert, so I decided to make a coconut version of Panna Cotta, by adding some coconut milk and topping it with a home made rapsberry sauce. The best thing about this dessert is that you can make it one day ahead, so it is great for entertaining.

      Hola Erika,

It's like you read my mind.I have been thinking all morning of making a panna cotta, I even told my hubby to bring me some strawberries to do this. I am glad I came by to visit you today. Coconut milk seems interesting, I think I'll do it your way.

Have a great and blessed day,
