Panna Cotta is a classic Italian dessert that is very easy to make and absolutely delicious. Creamy with a coconut flavor and topped with fresh raspberry sauce this coconut panna cotta is the perfect desert.

    Coconut Panna cotta 1Pin

I woke up craving a coconut dessert, so I decided to make a coconut version of Panna Cotta, by adding some coconut milk and topping it with a home made rapsberry sauce. The best thing about this dessert is that you can make it one day ahead, so it is great for entertaining.

This looks so tempting with that red color. Never used coconut milk to make a dessert before. Sounds great! Thanks for the recipe.

This is so pretty! I made Almond Panna Cotta once. It was such a pain grinding up all the almonds. I would never try it again.

This tasty looking coconut Panna Cotta on the other hand seems a lot simpler to make. I'll definitely give this a try. 🙂

I feel kind of like a bad Italian since I've never had a panna cotta! Sounds delicious, especially with the coconut.
