I decided to start blogging ten years ago to honor my mamita by sharing her recipes and to stay connected to my culture and birth country. Ten years later, My Colombian Recipes has turned into more than I could have ever imagined. Me encantaría ver recetas colombianas que se puedan hacer en el instant pot o slow cooker. Yo hago el sudado de pollo en el slow cooker y queda riquísimo. A mi familia le encanta. Mi mamá me enseñó a agregarle plátano maduro también y queda delicioso

If love to see recipes organized regionally... my husband is from Columbia, and he tells me there are many ways to make sancocho, arroz atollado, arepas... depending on the region.
