Two years already? I am still amazed when I think about it. Two years ago, on Feb 9 2009, I thought long and hard about this little venture of mine and I'm so glad I did. Today, on my second anniversary in the blogosphere, I can say that this second year has been even better than the first!
I've met great people, made new friends, acquired new readers, and I've learned a ton. I am able to do something every day that I love and I'm able to share it with you.
I want to dedicate this post to all of you, without whom this blog would simply not be what it is today. Your constant comments and e-mails always make me happy and smile, and for that I am thankful!

I do follow your recipes. I am a Colombian. My parents never taught me how to cook. I have learned to cook all my traditional cooking through your blog. I have looked through the internet and book stores and haven't found anything quite like yours. All your recipes is authentic to the taste of the way I grew up and my heritage. You should have your own cook book. I would buy it to keep in my kitchen. Thank you for doing this.<3

Congratulations Erica and thanks for advocating for the wonderful Colombian food. We just got back from Colombia where we adopted our little girl. We have recently found your site and can't wait to try more recipes. We recently made your colombian hot dogs and our boys raved about them.
