I made this salmon dish over the summer, but for some reason I forgot to post it. It is really simple and easy to make, but absolutely delicious. I know this is a summer dish, but you can make any time of the year. I used an outside grill, but you can cook using an indoor grill or bake the salmon steaks, it will be delicious whichever way you choose!

    Buen provecho!

Looks great! Of course here in Florida we use our grill all year. I have just the place to get some nice looking grape tomatoes too. They look a lot better than the other tomatoes.

Erica, this is a beautiful dish! I'm loving all those fresh and light flavors. I could really go for some of this right now. (I've been eating way to many cookies this week).
