These popular Brazilian candies were named after an Air Force Brigadier named Eduardo Gomes. They look like truffles, are very simple to make and are rich and delicious. Valentine's day is coming soon, so make these candies for your friends and family, they would love you for it 🙂
Keep them refrigerated until ready to eat. Buen Provecho!

What is the importance of stirring with a wooden spoon? I don't have wooden spoons, only plastic. Thx
Tina
I tried making these with this exact recipe. It didn't work and the mix is way too thin to make balls out of.
Disappointed.
Sara
I made these for my son's party and everyone loved them. Thank you.

They do look delicious! I was thinking of making these too, but we've had a string of 100F degree days, and I know better than to work with chocolate in a hot kitchen. Sooo tempting though... guess I better bookmark this for Autumn. (Just can't resist lol)

I could go for one (or more) of these right about now!
