This coconut and pineapple drink is very easy to make, refreshing and perfect for the whole family.

    Coconut and Pineapple drinkPin

Make this delicious and simple coconut and pineapple drink and your kids will love you for it!

It doesn't matter if is cold or hot outside, this drink is always welcome in my house. If you want to make an adult version of this creamy drink add a splash of rum and mix well.

    Pineapple Coconut DrinkPin

    Ingredients You'll Need

The printable recipe card with exact amounts and directions is below.

Pineapple: I recommend using a very ripe pineapple for this recipe

Coconut Milk: I like to use it with ful fat content, but feel free to use low fat if you prefer.

Milk: I use whole milk, but replace with lower fat if you want.

Sweet Condensed Milk: I love adding it for texture and sweetness.

Ice: to make the drink cold

I am a huge coconut and pineapple fan , so I love the classic combination on this drink.

Mmm! Like an alcohol-free pina colada. I found a type of smoothies in my local supermarket that I'm hooked on, pineapple, banana, coconut. I'll try your recipe - it may save me a trip to the supermarket 😉
