It doesn't matter if is cold or hot outside, this drink is always welcome in my house. If you want to make an adult version of this creamy drink add a splash of rum and mix well.

Ingredients You'll Need

Pineapple: I recommend using a very ripe pineapple for this recipe
Coconut Milk: I like to use it with ful fat content, but feel free to use low fat if you prefer.
Milk: I use whole milk, but replace with lower fat if you want.
Sweet Condensed Milk: I love adding it for texture and sweetness.
Ice: to make the drink cold
I am a huge coconut and pineapple fan , so I love the classic combination on this drink.

Kid-Friendly Coconut and Pineapple Drink Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ½ cup milk
- 3 tablespoons condensed milk or to your taste
- Sliced pineapple for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, ice cubes, milk and condensed milk and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
