
Ensalada de Salmón y Aguacate (Salmon and Avocado Salad)
Ingredients
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 cup tomatoes diced
- 1 avocado peeled and diced
- 1 cup cooked salmon diced
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- To make the dressing, in a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Place all the salad ingredients in a salad bowl or stack the ingredients as in the picture, and then add the dressing.
