This Venezuelan Cocada is a creamy and delicious coconut drink. It's the perfect treat for any time of the year, but specially during the summer months.

This Venezuelan Cocada is very easy to make, refreshing and absolutely delicious. I love everything coconut and it's a popular fruit in Colombia and Latin America.
When I tried this drink from a friend from Venezuela, it brought me back to the coasts of Colombia and reminded me of a couple of my favorite Colombian coconut drinks Coco Loco and Limonada de Coco.
Like many traditional recipes every person and family has its own variation, the recipe I am sharing today is from my friend's mom and it's wonderful.
