What is Flan?
It is a classic rich and creamy custard base dessert, typically made with eggs, milk or cream, sugar, and vanilla, and topped with a sweet layer of caramel sauce. This dessert is popular in Latin America and Spain. There are many variations and flavors of flan depending on the country and the cook.
How to Storage Flan?
Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve or for up to 3 days. I don’t recommend freezing it as the flan consistency is not very good after thawing it.
