    7 mango recipes that are easy to make and delicious. Mango is one of my favorite fruits and in Colombia we use them to make desserts, drinks, sauces and savory dishes.

    I am sharing 7 mango recipes if you are looking for inspiration or new dishes to try, whether you are an experienced cook or a beginner, there is something for everyone.

    Mango is versatile and delicious tropical fruit that is sweet and juicy when ripe and an excellent source of vitamin A and C. In Colombia we also eat green unripe mangoes with lime juice and salt and it's a delicious snack.

    Included in this post is a list of some of my favorite recipes to make with this delicious fruit. You can choose from a refreshing shrimp and mango ceviche, mango ají, salmon with mango and avocado salsa, and more.

      The colombian-style pork risotto sounds fabulous. My husband loves risotto and I usually make it with either pot roast or chicken breast. I've never seen a recipe for pork risotto before. This might be one you see me making soon.
