Today I want to share with you a pasta dish that is popular in Colombia. It is very simple and quick to make and it is delicious. No, it is not an authentic Italian dish, but a Colombian version called Spaghetti con Pollo y Salsa Criolla.
There are a lot of Colombian pasta dishes that we make with our own touch and ingredients and this dish is one of them. I hope you all enjoy it!

How do you prepare the chicken??
For this dish I usually cook chicken breast with bone in water with spices and vegetables, but you can use store bought roasted chicken.

Thank you so much for publishing recipes with s true Colombian flavor. I have visited so many websites that included recipes from our beautiful country and not one of them were as true to the flavor as yours. Being from Cartagena, I do admire and enjoy our cuisine. Thanks again for your website!!!
