    7 pork recipes easy to make and delicious that you'll make on repeat. In Colombia we eat a lot of meat, especially pork. We boil it, fry it, roast it, use it to make soups, stews and rice dishes.

    I've chosen a few of my favorite pork recipes from the blog and hope that you enjoy them as much as I do.

    I love pork and grew up eating it in different ways. In Colombia we use every part of the pig to make traditional dishes. Cheaper cuts like pork feet, stomach, cheeks, ears and belly are still popular in Colombian homes and restaurants. Colombians are masters of using what they have to make a comforting and wonderful meal.
