Hello Erica, I live in Belgium and have tried some of your lovely recipes on my Belgium husband and he loves everything I have made so far. Thank you!!!
Question: I want to make your Red Tomato Salsa but I do not fine tomatillos here or fresh jalapenos (only pickeled). What other alternatives do you have? for the tomatillos, etc.
Erica
Elizabeth- Just omit the tomatillos!

I'll definitely try this recipe, I had tried to do homemade salsa once before, but it didn't turn out well. I know the sugar and vinegar will make this recipe perfect. Thanks for this great recipe!

Love Salsa (how can I be Mexican and NOT love salsa?
Love tortilla chips (ditto)
Love the blue corn chips you chose to photograph. They're so much tastier (in my opinion anyway) than the yellow corn ones!
