    I am a condiment and sauce lover! I believe that a good condiment can really enhance any meal. Colombian cuisine has a great repertoire of condiments, sauces and dips. Some of them play a specific role in a traditional dish.

    For example you can't serve a Colombian empanada without ají picante. I recommend storing these recipes in glass bottles or jars with lids to preserve the flavors, and keep in the fridge.

      I've seen and heard about this soup on the Travel Channel when Anthony Bourdain when to Colombia. I can't wait to give it a try. Looks and sounds absolutely delicious.
